Excellent job from start to finish
Aramendia Plumbing, Heating, and Air did an excellent job from start to finish. They came by to check things out on a Sunday, and within no time, they knew exactly what the problem was with the system. Oscar was very professional and clear in explaining things to me. He went into great detail about exactly what had happened and how the blower had gone out.
Since the carrier parts store was closed on Sundays, they could not do the job on Sunday, but Oscar went ahead and ordered the part and picked it up as soon as he could. He came back two days later, installed the new blower, and had everything up and running in no time.
What really impressed me about Aramendia Plumbing, Heating, and Air was their thoroughness. After they finished the job, Oscar checked the rest of the system to see if there were any other issues. They then followed up with me to send me their report, and it was very informative.

Outstanding Job Finding My Sewer Clog
Aramendia did an outstanding job in finding out my plumbing/sewer clog. I had a problem with the toilet bowl not emptying on my first floor, and when the bathroom sink was turned on, the draining water would also fill the toilet bowl.
Aramendia arrived quickly, within an hour or so when I called them, and they checked the sewer line trap access and found it clogged. They successfully worked the clog out and then sent a camera down to inspect. The initial suspect was thought to be roots that grew into the pipe, causing reduced flow. It was not roots, and I can't really explain what it is, but it is in the attached picture. Appears like a black half rubber or plastic disc that was reducing the flow, which had to be something the builder left in the pipe 19 years ago, and after 19 years, it finally clogged up. Apparently, this was a head scratcher as the Aramendia technician as he could not explain what it was. So now I'll have to get that section pulled out and replaced. I'll be curious to find out what this half-disc thing is.
All is functioning now, work was done quickly, the technician was professional and knowledgeable, and I was able to get the follow-on work scheduled the following day. I'm satisfied again with their work. In the past, they installed a pressure relief valve and plumbing/valves for my water softener. Great work and would fully recommend!

They went above and beyond
Antonio and Frank came to replace the UV light on my grandmother's AC unit. They went above and beyond to ensure the part was covered under her contract with Service Experts since we had been misinformed in December that it would cost over $300 to replace. They cleaned out the debris in the outside unit since it was not done during the last service appointment. They answered all our questions and concerns we had and made sure we received all emails and pictures needed to avoid any miscommunication. We appreciate the patience they showed us and their great customer service.
