Antonio and Frank came to replace the UV light on my grandmother's AC unit. They went above and beyond to ensure the part was covered under her contract with Service Experts since we had been misinformed in December that it would cost over $300 to replace. They cleaned out the debris in the outside unit since it was not done during the last service appointment. They answered all our questions and concerns we had and made sure we received all emails and pictures needed to avoid any miscommunication. We appreciate the patience they showed us and their great customer service.

Heroes, I Tell You
Talk about determined, uniformed crusaders; that would be the best way to describe the two gentlemen AC technicians that came to the home of my wife and me. These two Aramendia insignia-bearing heroes originally came out to install an air quality light system. However, shortly after turning on the entire HVAC system, a fuse would pop, rendering the thermostat screen blacked out and the AC unit shut down. Technicians Antonio and Robert, through painstaking trial and error and tenacious determination, managed to find a solution to the problem and, ultimately, repair the HVAC system. Finally, when hot air spewed forth from the AC vents in our ceiling, I asked the two obviously mentally exhausted technicians what was the cause of the AC system failure. They said that there was a break in the wiring somewhere between the thermostat and the air handler. As I thanked them for their dogged hard work, they both quickly replied that they just wanted to make sure my wife and I were going to be warm for the soon coming winter freeze. "Heroes," I tell you; that's really the best way to describe these two AC technicians. I say that of them because they not only go about doing their job to earn a living, but they go about it out of a concern for the well-being of the people they serve and with a sense of pride in their work, two employee traits that are hard to find nowadays. My wife and I thank you, Antonio and Robert. And may God richly bless you. 😊

Water heater replacement, filter on hot water side, and reverse osmosis for kitchen sink. Several issues arose that Larry handled well in discussion with us. One issue involved bringing in an electrician to rewire the connector that had fire damage. Larry said it wasn't safe without a rewire. Trustworthy! His professionalism has encouraged me to be a service member. Highly recommend.
They Went Above and Beyond
I would like to give a shout out to technicians Marcelo and Selena. I had received a quote to have my duct work taped, but when the first technician came, he was only informed of one spot. It took him less than 20 minutes, and I was charged the entire flat fee of $575. I called to get more detail as to why this was so high. They sent Marcelo and Selena to look at the duct work in my entire house. They found several leaks and went above and beyond to fix. They showed me before and after pictures. I really appreciate that this was made right. I do not blame the first technician, as I feel he was only doing what he thought was the scope. I feel this was a fair price to have ALL duct work sealed.

I can't say enough good things about the job Marcelo and Celine did today in repairing the duct work a raccoon had ripped apart and adding insulation. They spent 8 hours on the job and were incredibly thorough. The difference in the performance of our HVAC is remarkable. We are ready for the cold weekend ahead!
