First HVAC Maintenance Visit
First HVAC maintenance visit under our maintenance agreement. Frank did very well. Recommended a UV system added to the new Trane system we had installed in December. I asked for a quote, which he sent the very same day.

I'm the Office Manager for San Antonio Sound & Light and 2+ years ago, Aramendia replaced/upgraded the central AC in our office. We have been very pleased with their service over the years. They are always quick to respond when you call them. The techs are always nice and good about explaining things. They are reasonable with their prices and I never feel like we are being overbilled.
Today, 9/19, we had tech Lamont come out due to AC acting up. Lamont was great! He was very polite and kindly explained everything to me and my warehouse guy. He got our system back to working properly and showed us how to keep an eye out for the repeated issues we were having.
All in all Aramendia is a great company. I feel confident using them for my office and if/when I need something for my home, they will be the first AC company I call.
Updating my review as of 4/2/2026 because we just had another service call from the Aramendia AC team. Technician Luis Baeza was out to our office today to service our AC system because the emergency shutoff kept triggering and shutting down our AC. Luis arrived on time and was quickly able to access and treat our system. He blew out our AC drain line and lots of gross stuff came out! Glad the gross stuff is gone and our system is now draining well and our AC is working great. Luis was super friendly and knowledgeable! He walked our Warehouse Manager through steps so we can troubleshoot it next time.

As usual, Aramendia's service is consistently professional and presents an effective service. We have had their services for over 12 years. Today, Frank García was the one who did our ongoing service for our central AC (thermostat). He was quite courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained what he was going to do beforehand and afterwards, including sharing pictures of everything that was done, and asked if we had any questions. We had the "BEST" service today performed by Frank Garcia! He was thorough and kept us abreast of all the functionality of our air conditioning system. He reviewed all of the maintenance performed and why he was doing it, and the safety issues and preventive measures. He shared photos of the work he performed before and after.
