Finally cool air again
Wasn't happy about having to pay for 5 pounds of refrigerant... Expensive. However, the tech who came out on the service call, Clint, was nice and upfront about the cost to replace the refrigerant. He was also able to find the leak in a valve and replaced it, so finally cool air again in my townhome.
Hands down best service experience
Reuben and Hunter came to inspect my unit today. They were the best ones that have ever come out in the past 3 years. No high sales pitch. Hunter was able to explain the purpose of the bi-annual inspections and why they are so important for warranty maintenance. Reuben explained what our number readings mean in terms I could understand. Hands down best service experience I've had from this company to date.

This is my 2nd appointment with Service Experts to perform the 6-month maintenance on my Goodman 3.5 ton and newish Trane 5 ton. Tech Craig Mohr and Service Experts both contacted me to let me know he was en route to home, and he arrived a short time later, always a good sign. He appeared trained, experienced, and competent in performing this work on both HVAC units, of different brands and of different ages/gases. I was happy with this work.
