Trained, Experienced, and Competent
This is my 2nd appointment with Service Experts to perform the 6-month maintenance on my Goodman 3.5 ton and newish Trane 5 ton. Tech Craig Mohr and Service Experts both contacted me to let me know he was en route to home, and he arrived a short time later, always a good sign. He appeared trained, experienced, and competent in performing this work on both HVAC units, of different brands and of different ages/gases. I was happy with this work.

He did an amazing job on it
I was having leaking problems with my bathtub, especially when it was dripping water constantly. Colin B. came out the first time and found the problem. We decided it was best to replace everything because it was the better option to have a new faucet and lines, especially since there was already a lot of corrosion. On 1-26-26, Colin B. came out again to do the repair work. He did an amazing job on it, and it looks even better with all the replacements and work that was done by him. He was very professional and knowledgeable on everything that needed fixed, and it was also done in a timely manner. I appreciate him doing the work. I will definitely be using Service Experts again for any plumbing or any other services they provide. Scheduling wasn't a hassle. They were on top of things. Thank you and much appreciated when it comes to them getting the plumbing problem fixed.

The technician Colin was awesome
The technician Colin was awesome, very kind and polite. We had a clogged sewer line with a clean-out very accessible in the back of the building. They originally wanted $500, which I thought was pretty high for 20–30 minutes’ worth of work. Colin called and talked to his boss, and they agreed to do it for $250, which was much appreciated. The trip charge was also not indicated when I first called, and the dispatch and scheduling side of the company did not mention anything about a $150 trip charge.
He spent as much time as we needed
Darrell Edwards assessed our heat pump issue and discovered the problem with it right away so that we could have a part ordered. Additionally, he took us through the way the systems work since my dad had installed them, and he spent as much time as we needed to understand how they work, what they do, and when we should be changing filters, etc.
