Andrew and Dwayne showed up and worked all day without a break changing out one of our air conditioners. When they finished, they spent extra time cleaning up and making sure the new system was working as it should. Thank you for sending us a good team!
He set our nerves at ease
We had our AC fail on a Sunday evening. Much to our surprise, we had Darell, our technician, at our place within 30 minutes. He set our nerves at ease (we smelled burning electrics) as he isolated the issue to a burned-out fan motor. His professional demeanor and smile was a great visual that let us know that when the part arrived, we were in good hands.

Service Experts Worked With Us
Service Experts appears to have merged with a number of companies across the Valley. We originally had dealt with Moon Valley Plumbing for a new water heater install a couple of years ago. We developed a problem with a drip in the service line of the new water heater. Service Experts worked with us to honor the work of Moon Valley and replaced the service lines with no parts charged. When our AC unit stopped working properly, Clint Bakus came out and figured out the issue. The electrical panel A/C breaker had finally given out (we live in an older home). Clint showed me the issue with his multimeter so I could see it for myself. I appreciated his honesty and ability to quickly figure out the issue. He explained the issue to our electrician as well. Finally cool air again
Wasn't happy about having to pay for 5 pounds of refrigerant... Expensive. However, the tech who came out on the service call, Clint, was nice and upfront about the cost to replace the refrigerant. He was also able to find the leak in a valve and replaced it, so finally cool air again in my townhome.
Hands down best service experience
Reuben and Hunter came to inspect my unit today. They were the best ones that have ever come out in the past 3 years. No high sales pitch. Hunter was able to explain the purpose of the bi-annual inspections and why they are so important for warranty maintenance. Reuben explained what our number readings mean in terms I could understand. Hands down best service experience I've had from this company to date.
