The technician was very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. From my understanding, he found a small gas leak while flushing/servicing our hot water heater. We are seasonal residents, so we are very thankful we have this service done on a regular basis.

Thank you for the great repair work on the leak in my backyard faucet. The plumber, Cole Russell, explained what was causing the problem, applied the needed new attachments to the faucets, and described everything that I needed to know on how to use and take care of the faucet again. He also adjusted the gate to get into the backyard, as it was stuck and very difficult to open. I really appreciated all of his information about the problem and how to take care of it to keep it working properly. Thank you so much.

On 11/26/2025, had yearly plumbing inspection with William T. He was very professional and friendly. Explained the thermostat temperature gauge and how to set it. No other technician has done that in the past. We were impressed with his work ethics.

Solid communication and nice kid
Colin was great. I had a hot water issue on a unit that was not even 2 yrs. old. Colin quickly diagnosed that the pilot was faulty and ordered the part directly from Rheem. It was under warranty. I was charged $99 for the visit, but that will be taken off the price when he comes back for the install. Solid communication and nice kid. Will probably sign up for the service plan where they check on AC units and water system twice a year. It's well worth it, and we had done this with Orangutan before they merged with Service Experts.

Isaac and Jonathan arrived on time, explained the change in ownership of Hayes (which had me worried), then proceeded to reassure me that Service Experts will take good care of my needs. They completed the half-yearly checkup on my A/C and furnace in timely fashion. I appreciate having service techs who know what they’re doing and who treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend the service from this company and these two techs in particular.
