New Review 2/27/26 We replaced a very old system in our 1950s house with an efficient heat pump. We were treated very well from the planning phase (Randy) through the installation of the system (Michael Leach and Ryan Korner). There were several issues in changing out the old system to the new one. They kept me well informed and did a very professional job. Thanks.
They took good care of me. I am under their preferred customer plan and, when I had a small issue on a 100 degree day, they got someone out by late afternoon. Casey was clear in diagnosing the issue and in describing how he would fix. Then did as he said he would and we had cool air flow. Well pleased.

We have a Mitsubishi ductless 12,000 BTU that needed cleaning. Our contact was Jennifer. Ductless systems can be a challenge to clean. Although Jennifer couldn’t remove the outside enclosure due to the constraints where it was mounted, she still had the proper equipment to effectively clean our system the best that she could. She’s quite diligent and would have no problems recommending her for cleaning your ductless.
We use Service Experts (formerly Jack Nelson) for everything HVAC & plumbing. They’re knowledgeable, responsive, & communicate well. Tate was just back out here & did an awesome job w/our repairs!
