The technicians were very professional and took extreme care to enter my home during inclement weather, ensuring they did not dirty hardwood, carpet, and tile flooring. Both inside and outside work were completed in a timely manner.

I just had a humidifier installed by their excellent technician, Ronnie, and as usual, it was smooth sailing, and he even swapped out our air filters. They’re always on time with the scheduled service appointments; also, they’re right there quickly if there’s an emergency with your heat or air. They also have reasonable prices. I had my HVAC system serviced and repaired by Adrian Hawkins at Olympic Aire, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The issue was diagnosed quickly and fixed the same day. The experience was refreshingly good
Our oil furnace wasn't working right, so we called in and got an appointment for the next day. Andy came and fixed it all up in just a little over an hour. I asked a lot of questions, and he seemed quite happy to answer all of them. The experience was refreshingly good since I always expect the worst. I'd definitely call Olympic Aire again.
