Had a clogged drain line in my AC unit. I was able to schedule a next-day appointment online. Aramendia did a great job calling to confirm the appointment. Technicians were pleasant and knowledgeable. Liked signing up for the annual Maintenance Plus membership to include twice-a-year maintenance checks to prevent another clogged drain in the future.

Service person called ahead of time and was able to move the appointment up to an earlier time. I was happy about that. He arrived as stated and did a thorough check of my system. He completed maintenance in a very timely manner, changed the filter, and explained to me things I needed to help prevent mold in my system. Thank you so much for coming out and assisting me with the blockage I had with my pipes. My laundry room was starting to flood with water when Aramendia came and found the pipe was clogged and a valve needed to be replaced. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend them if you are having a problem with your plumbing.

I have been using Aramendia for all my mechanical and plumbing needs for the past decade plus years, and they recently installed a new HVAC system on their easy payment Advantage plan. The payment plan chosen fit my budget nicely, and the unit installed is working smoothly and quietly, providing a nice comfortable living environment. Been having issues with my A/C. Am a customer of Aramendia and have been for years. They are working with me and the A/C to get the unit up to speed. Lamant Baker came out exactly on time and did a marvelous job clearing up the issue. He and Aramendia will continue to work on this problem and replace any parts that need to be replaced if the pump continues to make noise. So far, so good. Am so glad to be a customer of Aramendia for all my heating, A/C, and plumbing needs. Response time is great. Professional company and so are those who work for Aramendia. Aramendia came to do a scheduled 3-month check on my A/C. It is a new unit I have under a lease agreement with them. Everything looks good. The technician was polite, thorough, and explained all I needed to know about the unit. I was pleased with his behavior and expertise. So far leasing this A/C unit is working out well. No problems.

My Go To Provider for 20+ Years
I have been utilizing Aramendia's services for over 20 years. I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and amazingly professional. Recently, I had a problem with an emergency shut off in the drip pan of the air conditioner. Christopher handled the issue seamlessly but went several steps further in addressing the problem so it wouldn't replicate in the future. He also took time to walk through some issues we were having with our thermostat. I will continue to use Aramendia as my go to provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing for our home.
