Unit installed is working smoothly
I have been using Aramendia for all my mechanical and plumbing needs for the past decade plus years, and they recently installed a new HVAC system on their easy payment Advantage plan. The payment plan chosen fit my budget nicely, and the unit installed is working smoothly and quietly, providing a nice comfortable living environment. All Aramendia personnel, from the sales rep to the installation crew, were very professional, caring, and thorough, making sure I understood what all was involved in the cost and operation of my new system. The installation crew made sure the system was installed and working properly before departing.

I was really impressed with Frank Garcia. We had cooling leaks in the attic, and he sealed them and spent quite a bit of time making sure our system was running well and answering all of my questions.

Been having issues with my A/C. Am a customer of Aramendia and have been for years. They are working with me and the A/C to get the unit up to speed. Lamant Baker came out exactly on time and did a marvelous job clearing up the issue. He and Aramendia will continue to work on this problem and replace any parts that need to be replaced if the pump continues to make noise. So far, so good. Am so glad to be a customer of Aramendia for all my heating, A/C, and plumbing needs. Response time is great. Professional company and so are those who work for Aramendia. Aramendia came to do a scheduled 3-month check on my A/C. It is a new unit I have under a lease agreement with them. Everything looks good. The technician was polite, thorough, and explained all I needed to know about the unit. I was pleased with his behavior and expertise. So far leasing this A/C unit is working out well. No problems.

My Go To Provider for 20+ Years
I have been utilizing Aramendia's services for over 20 years. I find their technicians to be knowledgeable and amazingly professional. Recently, I had a problem with an emergency shut off in the drip pan of the air conditioner. Christopher handled the issue seamlessly but went several steps further in addressing the problem so it wouldn't replicate in the future. He also took time to walk through some issues we were having with our thermostat. I will continue to use Aramendia as my go to provider of heating, air conditioning and plumbing for our home.

Efrain is an asset to Aramendia!! We had, in my opinion, a kitchen disaster, a pipe fitting that came disconnected! Efrain to the rescue! He called before arriving and was very accurate and prompt with his arrival. He reworked the plumbing under our sink and checked our water pressure! Technician called prior to arrival and then arrived when he said. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Went straight to work once he found out where equipment was located. Once complete, went over everything he did and sent me a report card on the unit's status.

The plumber was professional
Yesterday I woke up with water on my bathroom floor. I called Aramendia right after 8 a.m. and the plumber was here shortly after 9. He immediately found the leak and fixed it. He explained what had happened and told me about the damage the water had done. He recommended getting a restoration company of my choice to dry things out. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I have always been pleased when I have dealt with Aramendia. I highly recommend them.

They Had to Come Out for 2 Days
The staff is very concerned about your well-being. They had to come out for 2 days. Elliot came and checked the air conditioner. Then he noticed it wasn’t the air conditioner; it was the ducts in the attic, and that was the problem. I’m satisfied with the job.

They did a very thorough check
My unit was checked today by Cody Smith and Louis. They did a VERY thorough check of my unit to ensure it was ready for the season. Louis gave CPR to my once dead thermostat and cleaned my outside unit of dirt/debris to ensure it was running smoothly. This is a vast difference in the service I received last year. I was questioning being an Advantage Plus monthly fee but got my money's worth on this visit as there was no charge.

Thankful That Aramendia Was Able to Come Out Same Day
Thankful that Aramendia was able to come out same day because the expansion tank on the water heater failed due to rust. Jonathan and Art came out within two hours of the initial call. The issue was diagnosed and options were provided. Aramendia returned the next morning to install a new water heater.

Efrain Ortiz came to check out the seal on my toilet that was re-seated in January. The previous caulk turned blackish and he replaced the wax seal and recaulked the toilet. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He shared some tips and products to use. In all, I was very pleased with him and his work.
