Did appointment online for next day service. They were actually closed for the 31st and 1st for New Year's, and they called me before the scheduled time to let me know and were only taking emergencies. Each experience has been great
I’ve used Mark Allen several times and each experience has been great. I’ve had thermostat replacement, toilets unclogged, bathroom plumbing replaced, and a relief valve related to my boiler replaced. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

What an amazing experience! After my emergency call to Renee, Clayton and Luke arrived to replace our hot water tank. Within hours, our new hot water tank was installed and we had hot water again. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Mary Allen Plumbing Services. Today we had issues with our laundry tub drain and Joshua took care of the problem. He was professional, thorough, and fixed the problem. He was social and friendly. I highly recommend Mark Allen Services. We recently had a frozen pipe so that our second floor shower/tub was not working. When we called Mark Allen Plumbing, the receptionist, Renee, was extremely nice and helpful. She got us an appointment within a couple of hours of the phone call. Then, Jon Stapas and Cory White showed up. They were polite and professional and found and analyzed the problem immediately. They got the water going again and offered several possible solutions for insulation that we could pursue to avoid future issues. I contacted Mark Allen because I have a plumbing and HVAC need. Rene, who answered my call, was very courteous and personable. They contacted me when the service team member was on their way. Michael Stack explained the scope of the project and provided an estimate. Michael was also very courteous and personable while in my house. Based on a previous estimate I received, I feel that their estimate was reasonable.

Jesse arrived within the scheduled time quoted, started to work on the problem sink drain clog. Completed the work that had to be done, explained what had to be done, completed the work, and cleaned up when the work was completed. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable
I liked Mark Allen so much the first time that I had to again ask them for some more help, and the service worker John B and his associate were able to provide very expert advice on how to mitigate the problem, which was a clogged pipe. After running the snake several times, we concluded a replacement from the cast iron relic was in order. They left, came back with parts, and in no time had my sink in working order along with a new pipe. They showed me what they had cut out, and it was indeed rusted almost completely closed outside of a small portion the snake was able to punch through. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and tact in their negotiations surrounding the bid for this job. This all started with a quick email submission, which within minutes Renee was able to call and schedule me for first available next day. Great work!

Always High Quality Work
I have used Mark Allen Plumbing for a number of years mostly because I have found them to always do high quality work. This week, when I shut off my outside water for the winter, there was a small leak from the shutoff valve. I called, and they tried to squeeze me in that same day. By the time Jason called later that afternoon, the leak had stopped, so we agreed that the work could wait until the next day. He showed up right on time and did the work in the usual practiced and professional manner I have come to expect. 5 stars!

I was truly impressed
I called Mark Allen on Monday, and they had their technician out to the property Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. I was truly impressed with the quick response and the quality of work. The technician was Jason Gellen. Jason did a fantastic job and turned in required paperwork to the Municipality of Bethel Park, PA that same day. The municipality inspector, Tim, said he will go out to the job site this week, inspect the job, and expects to sign it off that same day. Our commercial property is in contract to sell, and the fast response is greatly appreciated. Jason is a pro, and so is the Mark Allen Company.
