We've been using Service Experts for at least 9 years now. We haven't had any major issues with services provided, and when we did have an issue, it was resolved. Joshua M. and Devine O. came out today to do our 6-month checkup. Joshua identified that we didn't have caps on the screws that could possibly prevent fluid leakage (don't remember exact term), but no other technician before him ever noticed this before in all this time. Kudos to him for being observant.

This company and its people are the best
This company and its people are the best. My wife and I were alerted to a leak in her son's bedroom around mid-afternoon on a Sunday. The plumber we initially called was someone we'd run across when we bought the house - was not Service Experts. Upon being given the options from the other plumber, I sought advice from some of the people I work with and was referred to Service Experts Dallas. The solutions were as different as night and day, and while the first plumber's solution would work, it was iffy on longevity of repairs and potential for massive future damage to the house (long story). Service Experts Dallas repaired the slab leak with NO DAMAGE to the interior of our home. No jackhammering the slab or tearing out our ceramic tile - they went under instead of through, and that made all the difference. Our plumber, Todd, was an absolute godsend - the most stand-up plumber you could hope for. He identified the leak and got his excavation team going on a tunnel to the leak where they re-routed the line and got us back to living comfortably in our home (and learned not to take for granted, fresh, running water!). The entire team has been awesome to work with, and the job was done perfectly and everything put back (as far as plumbing and earth goes). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Service Experts Dallas to ANYONE that needs their service - they're reliable, honest, and more than capable to get the job done.
