Very happy with the service today. The appointment was made at approximately 1:30 and a technician was scheduled by 4 p.m. The technician arrived at 3:15 and was meticulous and thorough. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. I was charged the reasonable amount for minimal service trip charge.

27 December 2025. Woke up to a 60-degree house. New to the area and made some calls. They arrived in 15 minutes of making the call and did some checks. Found out it was just a loose wire. Easy fix. Only paid the service fee. The tech did do a full inspection to ensure no other issues. Identified a significant leak in the return vent that we were unaware of and offered to provide a free quote. Did recommend some things to consider moving forward based on his experience with owning an older home. Didn’t try to upcharge on unnecessary maintenance. Did honest work and follow up with email.
