Very happy with the service today. The appointment was made at approximately 1:30 and a technician was scheduled by 4 p.m. The technician arrived at 3:15 and was meticulous and thorough. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in about 30 minutes. I was charged the reasonable amount for minimal service trip charge.

27 December 2025. Woke up to a 60-degree house. New to the area and made some calls. They arrived in 15 minutes of making the call and did some checks. Found out it was just a loose wire. Easy fix. Only paid the service fee. The tech did do a full inspection to ensure no other issues. Identified a significant leak in the return vent that we were unaware of and offered to provide a free quote. Did recommend some things to consider moving forward based on his experience with owning an older home. Didn’t try to upcharge on unnecessary maintenance. Did honest work and follow up with email.

We had a tricky issue with a strange thermostat that took other folks hours just to troubleshoot. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in 30 minutes. He is also very neat and tidy; we highly recommend Bryan!

Great Job Clearing My Clogged Drain
Vasilios did a great job in clearing my clogged kitchen drain on 12/5/25. He tried different methods and explained what he was doing and provided some guidance for ongoing maintenance of all my drains.
Caleb provided my annual furnace maintenance on 12/22/25. He was courteous and explained that everything looked ok. He replaced my air filter for me as I had some difficulty doing it myself with the alignment of filter and metal cover. Hope furnace will continue heating my house.

Jacob did the best job of any tech I’ve had out yet. He was thorough and fast, and he explained the health of my HVAC system and some mold that was growing under the house. He was also the first tech to tell me my unit was 2020 with a ten-year warranty. I had no idea. And he explained to me what to do if some component of my system failed. You’re lucky to have him in your crew. Please send Jacob in the future if he is available!
