Downstairs heat was not working and I made an online appointment for Eveready within minutes. The technician, Griffin, was prompt, friendly, and had the issue diagnosed within 15 minutes of his arrival. Luckily the part was on his truck, so the problem was resolved in less than 4 hours total. Great communication and service!!!
Service Within the Hour
Sunday late afternoon and 25°F outside (going to 12°F later). Our “regular” company responded after a 30-minute wait and texted us that they couldn’t see us until tomorrow. Everyready answered the phone and we had service within the hour, and we weren’t hosed with an exorbitant after-hours/weekend fee. Problem efficiently fixed by Bryan and Mike (?). We signed up for regular maintenance and look forward to working with them in the future!

He took excellent care of us
We were sent a tech who refused to come down the road to our home due to it being icy. The road had been plowed, and sure if someone sped on the ice they would have an issue, but cars and pickups were navigating it fine.
We called the office and a supervisor advised how many of their vans had run off the road, gotten stuck over the past week's storm, etc. He did work to send another tech out, which that guy, Eder Cruz, showed up and took excellent care of us. When told he was sent as a replacement and why, he seemed shocked, as did the other salesperson, as they had zero issues with the road or driveway.
I'd give a higher score had we not had to deal with sending a second tech and having to spend more time at the house waiting. Will still use Eveready in the future.

I greatly appreciate the service call
I greatly appreciate the service call, and my heat went out in the middle of the night. I called Eveready in the morning, and Alex was here by 10:30. My system is, gratefully, intact, and I was advised that the problem was with the breaker panel bus bar, that something had melted. My electrician will be here at 2:00, and I should have heat by the time it starts to snow later today.
