We Were Truly Satisfied
Our technician Eder was punctual, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. He returned later in the day to bring a supply of filters and installed the new filter for us. He demonstrated the standard of customer service by which all other technicians at Eveready should be measured. He even wore booties to eliminate tracking in outside dirt. We were truly satisfied with his service call.

After dealing with issues of no constant hot water (from my boiler) since November, dealing with other plumbers, contractors, and warranty companies... I found Eveready on Sunday and they had me scheduled the next morning. Alex, Griffin, and Jeff troubleshooted for an hour and didn't give up! They found the issue and I am happy to say we have consistent, long-lasting hot water.
