Punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly
Matt D from Wesley Wood came to perform the 'spring inspection' last week. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly inspected our furnace, the A/C unit, and the humidifier attached to the furnace. Then Matt clearly explained all the various parts that he examined during the inspection. All we needed was a new filter since we had forgotten to change it ourselves. Since we have an annual contract with Wesley Wood, the visit was no charge, except for the filter. I knew that charge was going to be expensive but honestly didn't expect it to be about 3x the cost from Amazon. Not Matt's fault on that one. Next time we'll handle the filters ourselves.

Mostly a 5-star experience
Mostly a 5-star experience. The first set of techs were wonderful (Austin and Lee). They explained everything and there was no pressure to do anything that I didn’t want to do. I chose to replace the unit (25-year-old unit) instead of repair and the next day Blaine and Giorgi showed up early! They were done in 4.5 hours, which was great. Blaine was honest when he knocked down my picture frame and broke it. I told him not to worry about it. They were so polite and efficient. My only gripe is, I was not informed that the township had to come inspect afterwards. It doesn’t bother me that they have to, but I should have been told upfront that it was a possibility and not receive a random email 5 days after work was complete from its partner company saying a township inspection needs to be done.
Seasonal Tune-Up Last Week
Got our seasonal tune-up last week! The technician, Matthew DeLay, was very professional and efficient. Spoke with my husband about some outstanding issue and took the initiative to order a part and schedule a follow-up visit. We pay about $180/year for annual maintenance, and the bi-annual tune-up process has been working very well with us.

We’ve had a great experience with Wesley Wood and their HVAC maintenance package. It’s one of those services you don’t realize how valuable it is until you have it—consistent, reliable, and one less thing to worry about. Their team is always professional, on time, and respectful of our space. They take the time to explain what they’re doing, flag anything that may need attention down the line, and never make you feel pressured into unnecessary work. Honestly, one of the best parts is that they call me to schedule. It takes the mental load off completely—HVAC maintenance is so important, but it’s not something that’s ever top of mind. Knowing they stay on top of it for us makes a big difference. The maintenance plan has given us real peace of mind knowing our system is being cared for proactively instead of reacting to problems when they pop up. Highly recommend if you want something dependable and stress-free.

Very professional service visit
Alan Kobb was right on time and got directly to work in looking into my heating system and condensation pump problem. Alan evaluated several scenarios that could have caused my heating problem and made an adjustment to the condensation pump, and that adjustment fixed the problem. Alan was very professional throughout his service visit and did not rush at any time during his technical assessment to fix the problem. I would recommend Alan for any Wesley Wood service visit.
