I scheduled an appointment with Epperson Service Experts for an estimate to replace my hot water heater. Oscar called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Since I don’t live at the property, he was very considerate about keeping me informed. Once he arrived, he called me and clearly explained all my options. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his thoroughness and communication. Excellent service.

Did a great job on preventative maintenance
Arnold Hufstatler did a great job on the preventative maintenance he performed for me. He replaced filters and UV bulbs as necessary and performed the inspections as required. He was knowledgeable and professional and was in and out in a timely manner. All work was performed in accordance with the Epperson Service Advantage agreement.

Oscar Canales from Epperson has worked with us to install a new hot water tank to replace the very old tanks we had. Oscar was very professional, spent time with us to work out what we needed, did a great job on the installation, and cleared up completely at the end of it all. He even identified non-water-related issues that needed attention, and found a water heater we didn't even know we had. Epperson admin has been very efficient too. Highly recommend Epperson and Oscar in particular.
My furnace failed during this drop
My furnace failed during this recent drop in temperatures. With me physically in St. Louis, my tech, Arnold Hufstetler, worked tirelessly and did get my unit up and running. High five to Arnold.
