Quality folks and job from start to finish!
On Monday 8/24/26 the AC was not cooling my house. I called Aramendia and they sent out two technicians to check out the 17-year-old system and pronounced it DOA. Of the several options presented I chose to "bite the bullet" and replace the entire system, which had older obsolete components and used freon that was no longer used in current systems. The assessment crew finished around 5 PM.
The installation crew was here today 8/25/28 bright and early at 9 AM with the new system, removed the old components, and installed the new Lennox system. The entire process was completed in 24 hours. I am currently sitting in my La-Z-Boy enjoying the nice cool air that is being pumped out by the new system.
The entire process by Aramendia was professional, competent, and very honest. Their assessment was very thorough and my options/costs were explained in detail. I am very pleased with this experience with Aramendia. I have used Aramendia on several occasions for plumbing issues; this was the first time for an AC problem. I have always been very satisfied with Aramendia.
Special thanks to the initial diagnostics service by Jean / Tayven and the installers Brian / Arthur, who spent most of their time in the hot sun and attic.

Upstairs AC was not working. I was able to get an appointment for the repair online, and they arrived within the 8–12 window. They were very communicative during the whole process and were able to get the upstairs cooling again. Next Monday they will be installing a complete new system.

They were very professional, totally explained the repair process, and provided detailed estimates of what was involved. They provided estimates for an easy repair or worst case. Thank you so much for coming out and assisting me with the blockage I had with my pipes. My laundry room was starting to flood with water when Aramendia came and found the pipe was clogged and a valve needed to be replaced. They were extremely helpful and courteous.
