Technician Harry came out tonight to fix a leaky humidifier. When I made the appointment they said it wouldn't be until the next day, so I'm very grateful he came tonight. He was very thorough in his work and actually showed me as well as explained what the problem was and why the humidifier was leaking. For someone to actually take the time to explain to me what the problem is and what they were doing to fix it is going to be HIGHLY recommended in my book any day! I have a “need to know what's going on brain”! He's very personable, knows what he's doing, and also cares about the people he visits, making sure they get the best service ever! I’ve used Barlow for over twenty years for my heater and AC. I’ve had the maintenance program and it’s worth it. If you have a problem, they respond as quickly as possible. All of their technicians are competent, professional and take whatever time is needed to give options and explain what’s going on.

Harry was THE BEST
Called this company on a whim to come out and take a look at my humidifier that was throwing a fault. They could have actually come out same day, which was amazing, but didn’t work with my schedule. They easily accommodated me the next morning, and Danielle was great to get me bids in case we keep having problems with the humidifier and end up needing a new one. Harry was THE BEST. I absolutely love him. SUPER INFORMATIVE and HELPFUL. He couldn’t figure out why the humidifier wasn’t working, even though everything looked fine, so he stayed and called people and read the manual until he got it up and running again. I would 100% use this company again, and if I can convince my husband to sign up for the yearly maintenance, I want Harry to be the one who does our service every time. He’s my favorite.
