Today, technician Vontae Josey taught this guy something new and I really appreciate it. Inadvertently, the vents on my main floor were nearly all closed, causing cold air to cycle back on the coils, making the system believe the coils were freezing. They weren't. Simply opening all the vents fixed the issue. Thanks, Vontae! I hope the merger of Environmental Systems and CroppMetcalfe works. I've been with ES for well over 15 years, and they have been great!

He serviced the HVAC system, changed out the air filter, and made certain it was operating appropriately and ready for the upcoming summer season. A Happy Accident
Through a Google mishap, I accidentally booked this company instead of the one I intended and it turned into a happy accident. Very pleased with the work, I was able to book online and include a picture of the issue. The tech came ready with everything to fix it. The only issue was I never got a confirmation email after scheduling online, so I didn’t know I had booked a different company than intended.
I would use them again in a heartbeat
Had a water heater leak this morning and was thankful for the crew to come out within 30 minutes to assess and fix the leak and coordinate with the water damage crew to clean up drywall and wet areas after the water heater was installed and running. I have used Environmental Systems for HVAC mostly, and this is the first time using their plumbing and water devices, so I would use them again in a heartbeat. The water damages supervisor also walked me through to file the claim through insurance.

They Were Wonderful to Work With
We recently had Environmental Systems Associates replace the copper HVAC line inside our walls. They made several visits to figure out why our AC was not working, hoping that the leak was anywhere but inside our walls. However, that’s where it was. We were completely impressed by several things: they stuck with us over several visits to figure out the problem; the work they did to open up several walls to gain access to the line was very carefully and neatly done; they minimized the impact to our walls by only removing drywall that was essential; they always came when promised; they left our home very clean and they were wonderful to work with.
