Had a concern with humidifier on one of our two systems. ESA sent a tech out that afternoon to check it out and combined with annual A/C check. Very efficient and competent.
The install of a return created a huge difference
Hi, I work with Ryan, their project manager, who made some recommendations to help fix some air flow issues. The install of a return in the basement created a huge difference for our system. Willis is the technician who completed the work; he did a great job and was very polite and knowledgeable.

Last summer, Environmental Systems replaced my two older HVAC systems. At the time, I felt I made a wise choice about choosing them to replace my units. What is even better is that I still feel the same way—and all the more so—in retrospect! Completely trust the company
Had a two-hour appointment booked to replace my Carrier HVAC compressor. The two-man team arrived on time and, unfortunately, ran into unexpected issues. Due to the professionalism of the team, combined with their knowledge, they completed the replacement and fully tested the system in about 5 hours. Throughout the process, I was kept informed and the team maintained their pleasant, professional demeanor. I have been using Environmental Systems Associates for nearly twenty years and completely trust the company and their employees.

Very thorough preventative maintenance
Douglas Herb was very good, did a very thorough preventative maintenance service of our A/C HVAC system. Noticed our humidifier was not in the correct setting for the time of year (winter). Put it in the correct mode for winter. Demonstrated the settings for winter and summer. Thank you very much for an excellent PM service call.

He did an amazing job
I reached out to ESA regarding an emergency with my water heater. They sent someone to my home in less than two hours after my call. Their rates were reasonable. Shawn was my service technician and he did an amazing job. He was extremely courteous and was respectful of my property – he put on shoe covers as soon as he entered. He was thorough and professional. I was most impressed that he took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. He took care of the emergency and thoroughly explained the options going forward. His respect for me, my property, and my time was greatly appreciated. I will definitely ask for him to come back out for the follow-up. I highly recommend Shawn and ESA if you have a plumbing/heating/HVAC emergency or if you just need to schedule a routine service call.

Our Go-To for 11 Years
This company has been our go-to for the past 11 years for all of our home's furnace and HVAC repairs/inspections. The staff are very polite and helpful when you call to report an issue or request an inspection. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, especially for older (>15 years old) systems. They have never tried to pressure us into buying an upgraded system; rather, they have well maintained our current system. Their technicians have taken photos of all work pre and post, so we could see what the condition and issues were. In January 2026, we called to have a routine inspection completed; the technician arrived within 72 hours, evaluated the system, found some areas requiring cleaning/attention, and scheduled the follow-up service.
Professional and courteous
Heat pump failure February 1, 2026. Same-day service recharged; however, failed again shortly. Benjamin Griswold here on 2/3 to assess issue. Found catastrophic leak in outside unit. Repair scheduled for 2/9 and it was Benjamin Griswold who did the work. Professional and courteous. Answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

ESA Came Through During Brutal Cold
As always, ESA came through, especially during this brutal blast of cold temperatures. Our heat went out sometime during the night, and within hours of my call, Chris was on site. Not only did he diagnose the problem, he also educated us on the workings of our system. We appreciate the personalized attention he gave to us, as though we were the only ones without heat. Kudos to ESA for their selection of the most superior technicians!
They Have My Total Trust and Confidence
I have been a satisfied customer of ESA for many years and have NEVER had a less than stellar experience. As a technician, Ibrahim Abdulraham was an absolute wizard who correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts from Carrier to completely fix the system. He was a puzzle master who completely tore apart the heat exchanger, installed the new parts, and had us up and running in record time. I cannot speak highly enough about ESA and Ibrahim. They have my total trust and confidence to get the issue resolved quickly and at a fair price. I consider them both as “blue chip, first round” choices in any league.

Our technician, Ibrahim, was great. He was careful to not track dirt and snow into the house during his visit, was quick and professional, and explained to us how we could potentially fix similar issues in the future on our own. The issue was quickly resolved, and he shared a couple of funny experiences with us. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5-star review is due to a little chaos in scheduling and confirming the appointment with the after-hours answering service. I would continue using them.

Unexpected issue with our 2-year-old Trane system—naturally right before the biggest winter storm of the year! ESA sent their technician Tarrance out the same day, and he diagnosed the issue immediately. ESA was able to get the needed part within less than a day, and Tarrance came back out and got our heat working before the temps dropped into the teens and lower! Great job by Tarrance and the ESA team!
