James Sewell and Donelson Air Experts did a great job diagnosing my issues with my HVAC unit as well as the total replacement. They were very professional during the entire process and communicated with me all along the way. Landon was also very helpful with setting up the financing (even got me a veteran's discount).
James even tore out infrastructure under the house that was over 20 years old and replaced it with all new... Extra mile! I have been with Donelson for over 20 years and highly recommend them!

All Was So Respectful, Friendly, and Informative
Setting up the maintenance service was easy by calling in. Confirmations and reminders were sent. “Jack” John called as he was on his way our direction. He arrived and was professionally friendly as he told us what he needed to do. After observing the thermostat and the unit, he let us know the battery was at about 25%. There was no pressure to replace, but he did offer. After a bit more testing, Jack gave us the suggestion of a UV light. After letting him know we had already purchased one, he went back to look and then called the office. Evidently, when the new unit was put in, the purchased UV light was blown too, and they did not have one at the time. Jack immediately let us know it would be replaced at no charge. Thank you, Donelson, for making good something done a few years back and with no problems. All was so respectful, friendly, and informative. He even loved on our big dogs.
Hopefully, the battery will continue for a while - it worked so hard during the winter storm. Thank you!
