I’m not exaggerating when I say my AC unit had given up on life. It wasn’t cooling—it was just aggressively circulating hot disappointment like it had beef with my entire family.
Brandon, Taylor, and E showed up.
I don’t know what they did, but I’m pretty sure I witnessed HVAC sorcery. One minute I’m sweating through furniture, the next I’m Googling, “Can you get hypothermia indoors in Tennessee?”
My house is now so cold my dog has filed a formal complaint. My kids are wearing hoodies. I walked outside yesterday just to defrost.
They were on time, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me into selling a kidney. Just fixed it, explained it, and left me living in what can only be described as a luxury meat locker.
If your AC is struggling, don’t wait. Call them before your house becomes a slow cooker like mine was.

Jeremy Springer and Jack Gregory went above and beyond by coming to my home after hours today! They spent almost two hours detecting a leak in the copper line that was damaged by the construction company that installed new siding on my home. The contractors said they could not find a leak, and Jeremy and Jack found it! They are the best, and Donelson Air is top notch! After 18 days without air, it is supposed to be repaired tomorrow. Jack was very polite and knowledgeable. He let me know when he was on his way and got right to work when he got here. He did his job independently and came in to let me know his findings. As expected, everything is working just fine and, hopefully, there should be no problems with our air conditioning this summer. However, I know that if we do run into a problem, a quick call to Service Experts will be all I need to do and they will have one of their technicians on the way.
