Thank you to Nick and Chris for coming out early to fix my AC cooling issue, which happened to be a capacitor that went out. Chris advised they usually cost a little over $400.00, but he could give me a discount to make it $330.00. Happenings come sometimes at bad times, and this was one of those times. I Would Highly Recommend Service Experts
Our A/C went out and I called Service Experts. It was late in the day, but they gave a 4–8 p.m. window. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to come the same day. Efren came out and looked at the unit. The blower motor was seized and needed to be replaced. He told me he would order the part and come back the next day. He did just that. He called early this morning. I have air now and would highly recommend Service Experts and Efren. That man deserves a raise. He did exactly what he said. It's not often you get this kind of service anymore. I appreciate all you did, Efren and Service Experts.

Annual HVAC Service Call
Annual HVAC service call. Technician Jack Grady did an excellent exam and tune-up: filter replacement, removed old filters, cleaned screens on outdoor fan unit, cleared the evaporation drain line. Very polite and helpful! Since it was all under the maintenance contract, there was no charge.

Mr. Ty was a great professional; he was truthful and forthcoming regarding the issues with my AC unit. Yesterday was very challenging for me, a thing called life, but Mr. Ty was very patient and understanding and allowed me to get it out! Although he was unable to move forward on my system, he was truthful instead of just doing the bandaid patch up. I would recommend this company again. They are trustworthy!

They Go Way Above and Beyond
Have been member of service maintenance program for many years. Highly recommend. Company always responsive and pleasant with great customer service. Technicians are always knowledgeable and friendly. Today they arrived to do the 6 month service check to find me in yard trying to shut off a meter leak that was running like a river. They jumped in to assist me, going way above and beyond their expected HVAC call. Much thanks and appreciation to Cooper and Quintin!
Highly recommend this team
Cameron and Mike came out to do the routine maintenance on our dual HVAC units. One checked out fine, but the other literally burned up and started to smoke during maintenance. They explained to us what was the problem with our 17-year-old dead unit, including the video taken of the smoking item. They worked with their manager to get us a fair price on a new unit and to schedule the install for the next day.
This morning Cody and David showed up to remove the old unit and install the new one. They were careful and courteous in their work, using protective booties and gear so as not to mark up the floor. Everything was cleaned and checked during and after installation. They explained how everything was installed in the attic and outside. Warranties for the units and paperwork were provided. We received all the images and videos taken to check their work via email. It was a great pleasure to work with the whole team so that we could get our house cool again for summer.
Both the maintenance team guys and the installation leads were friendly. They were all dog lovers too and spent some time loving on our 3 corgis, who relished the extra scratches and attention.
Highly recommend this team if you need repair or installation for AC work.
Working better than before
Last week was extremely hot, and our A/C was struggling to maintain 75 degrees. On 4th of July, we had 2 techs come out and get us working better than we were before the issue with our unit. They were extremely thorough with investigating the problem, and after some much-needed maintenance, we had deliciously cool air before they left. They also explained everything that was done and why, and how to avoid the same issue in the future. Thanks, Chris and Cory!
