HVAC (Air Conditioning) Division: Review on Paul Cuthbert - 12/23/2025
Paul Cuthbert is the ultimate professional and problem solver. Give him a knotty problem and he is relentless in resolving it. I had been dealing with a recurring problem with my AC drain pan filling up with water multiple times per month and had different technicians look at it with no resolution. It happened again this week and Paul spent three hours and fully solved it. He approached the problem logically and scientifically and, using his vast experience, found the problem and did the fixes to resolve it. I highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs. Just bought a house and Medway Service installed a new breaker box before I closed. I had an issue with one breaker tripping and called them. Within a few hours Greg showed up. He was one of the installers and went over all install on the appliance that tripped the breaker. I also asked to have an outlet replaced and the answer was no problem. Outstanding Job Repairing Our Sub-Panel
The tech, Michael Mouzone, did an outstanding job repairing our electrical sub-panel. He is very knowledgeable and sociable. He explained everything clearly and was efficient in his work. Would recommend him anytime.
A great guy, thorough in all explanations
Had to have a home inspection in order to obtain new homeowners insurance and was tagged for a "double tap" by the home inspector. Needed this corrected ASAP, so had used Midway earlier in the summer, so called immediately. Was able to get a next day service call scheduled with Kevin Roberts being the electrician. Service Has Been Uniformly Excellent
For eight years, Midway has provided regular maintenance (twice a year) of my HVAC system. The service has been uniformly excellent. Yesterday's service was also excellent; the technician (Nathan) was professional, thorough, and a good communicator.
For this appointment, there was a scheduling issue, which the office staff (Austin) resolved perfectly.
Price has been increased over the years, but even with the increases, I think the "value" is high...that is, the price is reasonable for the service provided.
They Stand Behind Their Work
I have used Midway exclusively for nearly 17 years, including major renovations and A/C, water heater replacement, etc. Today's experience, unclogging the drainage line from our A/C, was great. Dan Taddeo was thorough, pleasant, went right to the problem, and things are getting cooler! In some cases, Midway may seem more expensive than other alternatives, but they stand behind their work—recently making good on warranties on work done nearly 10 years ago. Can't beat that!
Once again, December 2025, Midway came through quickly and skillfully when my HVAC refuses to turn over to heat mode. The technician, Patrick, quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it, explained what the problem was, and we're back in business, so to say. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

I recently had electrical work done at my rental. I needed to remove a heating element from the ceiling in the bathroom. Kevin Roberts was the technician who came out to do the work. He had to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to remove the element. He arrived on time, went right to work, and cleaned up afterwards. I appreciate everything he did and want to thank him for a job well done.

Plumber Gerard Humienik was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem with the water heater. He gave reasonable options for the part or replacing the unit. He helped me make a logical decision in replacing the water heater, and fully explained payment options and guided me through the finance application. He offered to come out today on a holiday to install the new water heater and expedited the convenience of having hot water sooner than later. I appreciated his promptness and quickly installing the unit. I would highly recommend Gerard to any Midway Plumbing customer.

Midway Services is the best
We had a breaker tripping and the master bedroom/kitchen circuit was down, which included the Frontier high-speed router and Wi-Fi. I work from home and it is critical to restore the high-speed line. I called Midway and they responded the same day. The technician answered all my questions and worked with me to get a military discount. Greg diagnosed the issue within minutes and restored the circuit. He handled himself professionally and I enjoyed working with him. I’m so grateful for Greg’s expertise and his company for responding to the problem in such a timely way. Midway Services is the best!
