Very professional and comprehensive
Patrick Gilbert performed my semi-annual HVAC maintenance yesterday and did a very professional and comprehensive examination of my system, which is now approaching 12 years old. Midway Services, now Service Experts, has done a great job in keeping this system, which we inherited upon buying the house seven years ago, maintained and performing excellently. When it comes time to replace this system, I will definitely look to Service Experts of Tampa Bay.

Pleasant and Thorough AC Service
Kevin and Nathan were out today to service an issue with our AC system. While going through the system, they discovered two other issues. They were able to fix one and put in a return visit to have the other taken care of. They were both very pleasant and talked us through everything they were doing.

Paul Cuthbert is the ultimate professional and problem solver. Give him a knotty problem and he is relentless in resolving it. I had been dealing with a recurring problem with my AC drain pan filling up with water multiple times per month and had different technicians look at it with no resolution. It happened again this week and Paul spent three hours and fully solved it. He approached the problem logically and scientifically and, using his vast experience, found the problem and did the fixes to resolve it. I highly recommend him for your air conditioning needs. Just bought a house and Medway Service installed a new breaker box before I closed. I had an issue with one breaker tripping and called them. Within a few hours Greg showed up. He was one of the installers and went over all install on the appliance that tripped the breaker. I also asked to have an outlet replaced and the answer was no problem. Had to have a home inspection in order to obtain new homeowners insurance and was tagged for a "double tap" by the home inspector. Service Has Been Uniformly Excellent
For eight years, Midway has provided regular maintenance (twice a year) of my HVAC system. The service has been uniformly excellent. Yesterday's service was also excellent; the technician (Nathan) was professional, thorough, and a good communicator.
For this appointment, there was a scheduling issue, which the office staff (Austin) resolved perfectly.
Price has been increased over the years, but even with the increases, I think the "value" is high...that is, the price is reasonable for the service provided.
