Very informative and efficient
Daniel was on time, very informative and efficient. Got the furnace problem diagnosed and the furnace running again. Price-wise, he treated me very fairly. I did sign up for the maintenance program because good maintenance is just the smart thing to do. There are so many things that this company includes, like filters and more, that other companies have never included. I really appreciate Daniel’s time and effort. Service on My Furnace Has Been Exceptional
I don’t often leave reviews, but the service I just received from Neal Harris on my furnace has been exceptional. Yesterday, I noticed my furnace wasn’t heating the house as it should. The technician who came to my home, Anthony Berwick (AJ), was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem. He explained it to me, showed me a video he had taken on his phone, and fixed it. He said he would have all of the notes and the video in my file for the next time I have service. I have signed up for the monthly maintenance plan offered by Neal Harris, and I plan to start using them exclusively for my seasonal maintenance and any future HVAC problems I may have.
Dan and Chad Are True Professionals
Dan and Chad are very knowledgeable and customer focused service reps. They spent time explaining their services and any recommendations that they thought were of interest. I have used Neal Harris since the 1990s for my HVAC go to company. I belong to their maintenance plus program to which they check and service my AC and heating units twice a year. They also added a yearly plumbing check to the service. Dan and Chad are true professionals and are assets to the company!
