J was here to service our tankless water heater, which we have had for a couple of years. Without a doubt, he was amazing!
1. Wanted to put boot covers on his feet to ensure he was not bringing in any dirt.
2. We truly have not had many services on the tankless water heater. When other servicemen came, they were in and out in no time at all. BUT J performed services on this system we have NEVER had before!! Literally, he had different hoses. One to push through a special liquid through the unit, then one going outside after the first process, which he used to FLUSH the unit!
3. Naturally, there were some water splatters, BUT J quickly wiped up, wiping the entire area to ensure he got all splatters.
J was absolutely amazing. I would highly, highly recommend J without a doubt to anyone!
