We highly recommend Pine State Services. We are very pleased with the mini-split heat pump they recently installed. Not only does the equipment work great, but the team was very professional. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed quote, which met our needs. The installers were great. Even though the installers had to work outside during the coldest days of the winter season, they showed up on time with a great attitude, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, and communicated very well, which was important, since we work from home. A service technician came out to answer our follow-up questions about the system, and he was very helpful. All around, the Pine State Services team delivered on providing a quality install in a professional manner.

We had one zone out of four that would not heat. Unfortunately, it affected the main part of the home. Pine State Services sent Dillan to our rescue two days before Christmas and Dillan had the failed zone head diagnosed and replaced in less than an hour! I find the rates high but mostly happily pay them. Approximately 3 hours of routine maintenance work for $820 is quite pricey, but I have to stay warm in winter.

The technician performed the annual furnace maintenance very well. The only reason for 4 stars is that they had to reschedule the appointment, even though the original appointment was made months in advance.

This was the first time I received service from Pine State and Nolen S was great. He did not seem to mind my barking dog and he taught me how to clean the filters on my mini-splits. He is a natural teacher!
