All the plumbing and drywall work was done wonderfully
The house had a frozen/broken line. The house is 60+ years old and had a cast iron drain line from the bathroom down through the garage. A new plastic drain line was installed, some other pipes replaced too, and the tub faucets were replaced. I worked with John, Clayton, and Corry and truly enjoyed all 3 of them. We had some common interests in what we do on our days off, so we had wonderful conversations. They kept me well informed on the progress they were making so that I knew how long it would take. The initial estimate was 2 1/2 days, but they worked quickly and completed the project in 2 days. All the plumbing and drywall work was done wonderfully.

I recently purchased a 75-year-old home and have had a series of plumbing issues that Mark Allen Plumbing addressed. I am grateful to be doing business with them. When I call to schedule an appointment, their staff is always considerate and helpful. The technicians that come to the house have always done an excellent job. They are courteous, very knowledgeable, and do the job right the first time. I very much appreciate their business ethic and their skillful employees.

Man, let me tell you something about these guys! Very professional! Kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about their profession! Josh and Alex are the perfect team! They arrived promptly and knew exactly what they were doing. Actually, I got more information about my plumbing issue from these individuals than I have from two other local plumbers in the area. From start to finish these guys, along with Mark Allen, are stellar! If you don’t use this company, you’re missing out and you’re probably gonna lose money. Very fairly priced. Well done, guys! Last but not least, the lady that mans the phone gets an A+ for customer service.

After a recent frozen/burst pipe and overnight flood, I was so grateful for the quick response and assessment I got from Mark Allen. Joshua, Jon, and Matt were all competent and communicative. They helped me arrange a demo/restoration company and completed the pipe repair work efficiently and at a price less than initially quoted. I am so grateful and would absolutely recommend their services.

His level of kindness and professionalism
I can’t say enough good things about Jon B. We recently discovered our kitchen sink was leaking into the garage, and he responded quickly. He immediately identified the problem and got to work. He fixed it with confidence and efficiency.
What stood out, though, was Jon’s demeanor. He was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the entire visit. He was incredibly patient and kind with our very needy dog and wonderfully understanding of our toddler. His level of kindness and professionalism does not go unnoticed.
Jon worked effectively, never rushed his work. He cleaned up thoroughly after the job and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He took a lot of pride in his work but also provided excellent customer service.
As for Mark Allen as a whole, our experience has been fantastic since we bought our home. They are responsive—often arriving same day or next—take time to explain everything clearly, and left their workspace spotless. Everyone we encountered has been friendly and professional, which makes a big difference as a homeowner.

Had a terrible experience with another plumber that installed 2 toilets. One was crooked and the other wouldn't stop running. I called Mark Allen and Renee had a plumber here within 24 hours. Super job locating the leak
John Natali did a super job locating the leak and was able to fix the problem. He thinks a mouse must have chewed on the rubber connector, even though we have had no mice that I am aware of in the house. He said it could have been months ago, but the cold weather may have caused the pipes to separate and allowed the leak to occur. Whatever the cause of the leak, John was able to repair it quickly.
Got my heat on and running
They got me an appointment quickly and got my heat on and running with a push of a button.
Very Knowledgeable and Friendly
William Hart came to replace a worn-out blower motor in my heater and was very knowledgeable and friendly, and got me back up and running with no fuss.
Friendly and knowledgeable employee
My service technician, Will, showed up the same day to identify our problem. I had called in the morning, and Will was there around noon. Will quickly identified our issue as a clogged and frozen condensation hose which ran up from the furnace across the finished ceiling and down the wall of the adjacent laundry room. Will used nitrogen to try and blow out the clog, and it worked great. He then flushed the line several times with a little bleach water solution, and boy, did that clean the gunk out.
Thanks for having such a friendly and knowledgeable employee as Will. I will recommend you folks any chance I get.

Quick and Professional Emergency Service
Did appointment online for next day service. They were actually closed for the 31st and 1st for New Year's, and they called me before the scheduled time to let me know and were only taking emergencies.
