Jacey was the service tech that came out this time. He was thorough and identified a couple issues, cleaned the AC unit, and let me know our refrigerant levels are getting low. It wasn't critical yet, so he suggested I watch for any concerns.
I had a few follow up questions so I could understand the potential problem and what to look out for. He took me back downstairs and walked me through how the system works, and explained how the evaporator coil could freeze. He gave me some additional suggestions, and made it really simple and easy to follow.

Barlows really went above and beyond
Our experience with Barlow Service Experts was excellent!!! We had a bad installation from another company that was causing our furnace to rust out over and over again. I talked with the owner, and he was very reassuring that they could fix the issue. They sent out their top technicians to figure out the best path forward since my situation was a difficult one (Tagg, Manuel, Conner, and Calvin). They were knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They sent out Daniel and Manuel the next day to install the system, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up nicely and were even able to help me program my phone to the new system. Barlows really went above and beyond for us, and we felt they were more than fair with their pricing, especially considering the quality of work. You can trust them to do a professional job!
