Barlows really went above and beyond
Our experience with Barlow Service Experts was excellent!!! We had a bad installation from another company that was causing our furnace to rust out over and over again. I talked with the owner, and he was very reassuring that they could fix the issue. They sent out their top technicians to figure out the best path forward since my situation was a difficult one (Tagg, Manuel, Conner, and Calvin). They were knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They sent out Daniel and Manuel the next day to install the system, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up nicely and were even able to help me program my phone to the new system. Barlows really went above and beyond for us, and we felt they were more than fair with their pricing, especially considering the quality of work. You can trust them to do a professional job!

Jesse was honest, courteous, and fast. The payment system kept disconnecting, though, and it took a while to finally work. Good thing Jesse was friendly, because it made it less awkward to stand there waiting for the machine for a while. I'm not sure if it was a fluke, but if it's a consistent issue, they might want to consider an upgrade to their system.
