Sofia and Nick are so thorough and knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and cool! Nick has been servicing my heating/air systems for several years and has always been honest and fair in guiding me towards the best solutions for me now and in the future. I’m extra excited about the Advantage program Barlow’s offers that will enable me to afford much-needed heating/air, water heater and water softener replacements and full-blown servicing for a low monthly cost, which is the only way I would be able to afford replacing everything… and I’m truly grateful!!

Jacey was the service tech that came out this time. He was thorough and identified a couple issues, cleaned the AC unit, and let me know our refrigerant levels are getting low. It wasn't critical yet, so he suggested I watch for any concerns.
I had a few follow up questions so I could understand the potential problem and what to look out for. He took me back downstairs and walked me through how the system works, and explained how the evaporator coil could freeze. He gave me some additional suggestions, and made it really simple and easy to follow.
