Outstanding Installation Job
Colin and Howard did an outstanding job installing our new Lennox furnace and air conditioner.

We called on a Sunday morning when we woke up to no heat in our house. We were so relieved when we were able to get an appointment that afternoon. Joshua was very knowledgeable and got the system back up and running. We have always had great experiences working with Taylor!

Today is the third job that Taylor has done for us. They’ve installed a boiler, a mini-split air conditioner and, today, a new utility sink. Ben and Frank took out the old cement sink and installed a new sink in a new location. We are very happy with their work.

Very Friendly and Knowledgeable
My boiler stopped working and Josh was able to come out the next day and help me out. He made some adjustments to help out while I waited for a part (1 day) and came as soon as they could to replace the part. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyed explaining what needed to be done and provided suggestions for other things that I should be aware of, outside of just what I called for. I very much appreciate the assistance!

I have the contract to get my boiler serviced every year by Taylor, and they do a great job every year. It was becoming obvious it was time to replace my water heater, I was starting to notice minor issues. So when it was recommended to replace it, I went for it. They did amazing work
We just had Ben and Frank out to do some work at our house. They changed out our sump pump for a better one along with a battery backup sump if that one fails. They did amazing work and were very pleasant and explained things in layman terms I can understand! Much appreciated the quality of work and would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Wonderful and thorough technician
Frank L was a wonderful and thorough technician who took time to answer many various questions that we had. This was our first visit for a plumbing report card. He worked quickly and efficiently, and made sure we understood a lot more of the basics of plumbing in order to be aware of problems that might pop up. He also made recommendations for water sensors, which is a wonderful help that we would not have thought of. Thank you for the great service and patience.
This company is awesome
I can’t say enough good things about this company. I made an appointment easily online at 3 PM, and at 4 PM George arrived at my house. Not only did he replace the part on my toilet that was broken, but he taught me how to do it myself so I could do it myself next time. He was friendly and polite. He had multiple parts to fit older toilets, which was very impressive. I will definitely use these guys again. It was winter, and he wore shoe coverings, which I appreciated, and did not charge me an emergency call charge. This company is awesome.

Quick and Inexpensive Fix
We learned that our heat went out while we were out of town. Taylor was able to get there quickly, and a friend of mine let them in. I spoke to the technician by phone, and his "fix" to our heating problem was both quick and inexpensive. I was SO glad he was honest and didn't take advantage of my out-of-town situation by suggesting a more expensive solution.

Not fun to wake up to a 55 degree house in January...but I was able to get an appointment with Taylor Heating to repair my furnace same day! Les was the consummate professional!

While out of town for Christmas, we realized our furnace wasn’t working. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day, and Ryan was awesome! He diagnosed our furnace and fixed it that day! We are warm and so grateful!
