Quick and Inexpensive Fix
We learned that our heat went out while we were out of town. Taylor was able to get there quickly, and a friend of mine let them in. I spoke to the technician by phone, and his "fix" to our heating problem was both quick and inexpensive. I was SO glad he was honest and didn't take advantage of my out-of-town situation by suggesting a more expensive solution.

Not fun to wake up to a 55 degree house in January...but I was able to get an appointment with Taylor Heating to repair my furnace same day! Les was the consummate professional!

While out of town for Christmas, we realized our furnace wasn’t working. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day, and Ryan was awesome! He diagnosed our furnace and fixed it that day! We are warm and so grateful!

We Are Very Happy With Taylor Heating
We had a water issue that scared us overnight, where the tub would not stop leaking. I called Taylor, and within an hour or so they got somebody over here to help us out. The technician Frank that came to do the service was able to rectify the problem quickly and gave us recommendations of what we can do going forward. We are very happy with Taylor Heating and have been loyal customers since they took over Ben Peer, years ago. They are always so helpful, whether it be the people in the office or the technicians that come to the door; we couldn’t be more pleased. Frank went above and beyond to help us out today, and I cannot appreciate that more!
Earlier review for furnace: I am so pleased with the service that I received from Taylor Heating. We have been with them for years and always receive such exceptional service. When I had no heat yesterday, they were over within two hours, and the part was brought back to my house later that evening and installed by their technician Ryan. Give that man a raise because he went above and beyond, and he was truly a wonderful guy. A few years from now, when we purchase our next heating and cooling system, we know that we will be doing our business with your company. I’d like to also say how nice the reception/customer service area is as well; both girls that I dealt with were phenomenal!
