They Seemed Caring

Geo and Danial were hard workers. Never stopped, even for lunch. They care about the job they do and explained the things I needed to know. Cleaned up everything before they left.
I would highly recommend Barlow
I have a tankless water heater that is not working. Barlow was very responsive about sending a plumber on Sunday afternoon. Then they sent out Calob on Monday to finish the job. It ended up that parts needed to be ordered. Calob worked really hard to get me hot water. He was able to get the water heater to work intermittently until the parts came in. The day the parts came in, Calob came out that afternoon. The parts didn’t take care of the problem. He called the water heater company and found out that most of the parts in the water heater were on recalls. I was very impressed with Calob with the responsiveness of Barlow and Calob. Calob is very knowledgeable and has worked extremely hard at trying to not leave me stranded without hot water. I would highly recommend Barlow company and especially Calob.

Technician Harry came out tonight to fix a leaky humidifier. When I made the appointment they said it wouldn't be until the next day, so I'm very grateful he came tonight.
