Harry B. serviced the furnace, and I asked a few other questions, and he answered them all and even screwed in the duct that the previous company did not do and re-taped it and turned on my humidifier for me as well.

Daniel and Gio did an excellent job
I had a furnace and air conditioner replaced, and Daniel and Gio did an excellent job. They solved problems, and Daniel put back everything he had to move in the exact place and cleaned up everything. Both Daniel and Gio were respectful and answered every question. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Barlow’s.

Taylor and Dave did excellent work at my home! Taylor has come out twice and is always very thorough in explaining all work done. They were both efficient and addressed our filter changes and some other maintenance concerns. I also want to shout out the Advantage Program. Taylor came by to take a look at my (very old, but living) furnace that had stopped working. He immediately found the issue but stayed to make sure the rest of the furnace looked alright. He walked us through everything he was doing, how the system worked and his personal recommendations. I was really impressed by his knowledge and felt like he really cared and wanted to take care of us. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any issues, work or replacements!

11/17/2025 Harry tuned up my old furnace and showed where it was wearing down. He suggested that I keep an eye out for any changes but gave me assurances that my furnace was safe and working fine. 14 Nov 2025. Harold and David came to repair my furnace and thermostat that got damaged in a recent power surge. Very respectful of our home and kept me informed of what they were doing along the way. They also suggested installing a surge protector to guard our system when future power surges occur, which are not uncommon in our neighborhood. They also suggested I file a claim with our power company for reimbursement of the repair. Great team and very responsive company. I recommend them highly. Curtis White
