Gregory Scott is the Vice President of Total Rewards and Workforce Solutions at Service Experts where he is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our compensation plans, benefit programs, human resources information systems, and payroll solutions. He joined the company in March 2025, bringing over 19 years of comprehensive human resources experience.
Prior to Service Experts, Gregory held progressive human resources roles with Chrysler, BAE Systems, Ford Motor Company and Boeing. Most recently Gregory served as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Learfield.
Gregory holds a BBA in International Business/Finance and a MBA in Human Resources from Eastern Michigan University as well as his Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and DDI Trainer certifications.
