Jon McCarble is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence at Service Experts, where he leads enterprise data strategy, advanced analytics, and insight driven operational performance. He joined Service Experts in November 2025, bringing with him more than a decade of experience transforming data into strategic, financial, and customer centric impact.
Before joining Service Experts, Jon held senior analytics and data strategy roles at Comerica Bank, where he led enterprise‑level initiatives that strengthened customer insights, advanced experimentation capabilities, and elevated organizational decision‑making. His leadership focused on developing high‑performing teams, enhancing segmentation and modeling practices, and embedding a culture of data‑driven strategy across the institution.
Jon holds both a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade & Finance and a Master’s degree in Analytics from Louisiana State University.
