Arnold and Travis Were Amazing
Arnold and Travis were amazing!! This is the second time Arnold has come out and he was knowledgeable and helpful each time, Travis even stopped to pet my cats :) They checked my hot water heater and did maintenance/cleaning on my AC unit. I highly recommend requesting either of them!!
Most professional and friendly tech
Our service tech, Canaan, was the most professional and friendly tech we have ever had from Epperson or anyone else. He did our winter inspection, and he did something no one else has done; he cleaned our outside compressor. This man is a keeper, and I hope he will be our regular tech. Thank you, Epperson, for sending him.

Had a severe leak from my water heater. Oscar came out in just an hour and a half, ahead of schedule, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Talked in detail about what the issue was and how to move forward. Oscar was able to find the time to replace my water heater on the same day and answered any questions I had throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend Epperson Service Experts to anyone who asked.
Peace of mind for our renters
We have used Epperson for the last seven years. Our HVAC units are leased via the Advantage program. If you own rental property the program is worth a look as it is totally turn key for the duration of the lease. That said, it is not inexpensive, but the peace of mind for our renters is priceless.
We entered into our second consecutive leases last month. The Epperson team was out to pull the old units and install the new generation units. The techs, Chris and Richy, were great. They arrived as scheduled and went right to work on the installations. Both were polite and were respectful of our residence.
Before leaving they cleaned everything up and did a great job explaining the new 21st century thermostat.

Just had my maintenance, and as always John M is the best! Laura is always so sweet and helpful when trying to accommodate my schedule and get my appointment scheduled in a timely manner! They are the best! Happy New Year!

I’ve owned this house for a year and a half, but I’ve had to call Epperson’s three times since we bought it. They have been courteous and prompt and always properly diagnose the problem. They even showed me how to fix an issue when the panel goes blank. I recommend them and my technician Mr. Hufstetler.

Found a Defect in Our Ducting
Arnold came out and looked at our system and found a defect in our ducting, causing air to pump into the attic right after the furnace. He was kind and willing to explain the AC system to us so we might understand how this was affecting the system.
