We Have Been So Happy With Our Service
Update: After years of relying on Dukes of Air for all our AC/Heating needs, I just have to give another shout-out to this company. They have always been responsive, and their technicians go above and beyond during their service/maintenance calls. An example includes when one technician, when learning that one of our kids has asthma, made recommendations regarding specific air filters and methods we could use to have cleaner air. Additionally, another technician took the time to give in-depth responses to all our questions when there were issues with our condensation line (he also fixed the issue). Also, another technician noted during our tune-up that we were keeping two bedroom doors closed and explained how we should keep these open to improve airflow throughout the house.
Yesterday, Ricky O (the technician who came by for our seasonal tune-up) was just as outstanding as our other technicians. In addition to doing a thorough inspection of the unit, he took the time to address my concerns about some dust I'd seen coming from the vents as well as made suggestions about us hosing off the outside unit more often. We are so appreciative of Ricky and all the other technicians (Ace, Jeremy, Glenn, Michael, Jordan, Andre, Chris, Zach, Marcos, and Scott), as well as the other techs and staff from Dukes of Air we have worked with over the years. Wonderful company!

We have been so happy with our service from Dukes of Air. In addition to doing an outstanding job installing our new air conditioner, they have always promptly responded to any service requests. Last night we had the unfortunate experience of having a rat fall into our outdoor air-condition unit. I called Dukes of Air this morning, and they immediately made an appointment for us today. Kyle from Dukes of Air called when he was on his way and upon arrival cleaned out our AC and checked over everything to make sure it all worked perfectly. He didn't even charge for the call, as he went ahead and did a full service tune-up since we were due for one anyway. Thank you, Kyle and Dukes of Air.

My family recently purchased our house 5 months ago and just recently experienced issues with our water heater. We called Dukes of Air since they serviced the unit in 2023. Don called and came out to diagnose and identified that a small leak caused a short in our existing 50-gal water heater.
Don was able to quickly identify the issue and provided us multiple replacement options. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
We decided to upsize the unit to a light commercial grade 80-gal unit based on our usage, and Don was able to procure and install the brand new unit 2 days later at the pricing and discounts we discussed.
There were no surprises along the way and the job was completed professionally. Highly recommend and thank you Don.
