Semiannual spring service by Jacob
Semiannual spring service was performed by Jacob. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He provided tips for operating the system in the most efficient manner. My only issue is with the number of reminders I received from the office about my upcoming service. I called on Monday and was able to book an appointment for Friday. On Thursday, I received an email, text message, and phone call to remind me about Friday’s appointment. That is overkill. I should be able to select my preferred contact method so I don’t get duplicative reminders.

Epperson was recommended to us by one of our current HVAC technicians for a very strange noise only heard at night. Oscar came out two days earlier than scheduled for a situation no one has been able to help us with. He quickly noticed that our brand new hot water heater that was installed with our renovation did not have a water expansion tank on it that is required by code. We have had a few plumbers in here since, and no one ever told us about this. I looked up my town policies, and it was definitely indeed needed. We are so thankful that he caught this before it became a problem. As for the noises, the jury is still out. He spent several hours here checking everything, scoping our roof vents with a camera, and placing mesh on top of our open vents in case critters were coming in. He even followed up with us the next day to see if everything was okay. He provided above and beyond exceptional service!

John and Chris came out for our annual maintenance and they were fantastic. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about our unit/filters. These guys are great and I highly recommend!

Issue Was Never Resolved
I’ve had issues with water from A/C handler leaking through my bathroom vent. I had Freedom Air Conditioning and Heating, the company that installed and maintained my system, out several times this year alone and the issue was never resolved. I contacted Epperson Heating, AC & Plumbing to check my system. Dana Williams came out the next day and reviewed the many problems caused by improper installation. Dana took the time to explain the issues and took photos of where the problems causing the leaking. Dana was thorough and explained the next steps. I would recommend Epperson and in particular Dana Williams with hesitation.

Oscar did an absolutely outstanding job replacing my water heater. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to answer every question I had without making me feel rushed, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and that I was comfortable with the work before he left.
Employees like Oscar are hard to find, and he is truly an asset to Eppersons. Because of him, I will absolutely continue using this company and recommending them to others.
On top of that, the company made the entire financing process incredibly simple and stress-free.
