The Best Customer Service Experience
I hired Everready Service Experts to repair my water heater, and they sent a technician named Vasili who was absolutely outstanding at his job. His attention to detail and persistence made it possible to fix what I had assumed was an impossible issue. In addition to his expertise, he was incredibly kind and respectful—it was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Employees like him are truly one in a million.

I Have Never Been Disappointed
Review update, 3/19/26 - Griffin Fanning provided our spring service today. Professional, informative, and thorough. This is the type of service I have come to expect from Eveready. I have never been disappointed.
They installed our new unit a little over three years ago and have serviced it since. Roger came today for our spring service and provided the same service that he did in the fall. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. He spent quite a bit of time here today and I am confident that he has covered all of the bases. It is good (and rare) to find a company that provides the type of service I have found with Eveready.

Definitely Would Recommend EverReady
This weekend, I placed a service call to have my heat pumps looked at. Carlos (tech) and Jim (sales), these gentlemen showed up well ahead of the timeframe. Provided were very professional and were very respectful of our home. They provided me with a number of options in order to take care of my need. Definitely would recommend EverReady, the only area of opportunity I would recommend for the company, not the individuals, would be to have some type of Square or payment device available. That way, it makes their job ten times easier and quicker.

We Were Truly Satisfied
Our technician Eder was punctual, professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. He returned later in the day to bring a supply of filters and installed the new filter for us. He demonstrated the standard of customer service by which all other technicians at Eveready should be measured. He even wore booties to eliminate tracking in outside dirt. We were truly satisfied with his service call.
