Service Experts has been great to me for the last 4 years. Their technicians are awesome and very friendly. Raymond came to my house this last time for the before-summer service. I complained to him about a problem I have had since we bought this house. No one has been able to figure out the issue. The vent in the kitchen has never had any air come out. Raymond was wonderful and willingly climbed up into my crawl space to see if he could find the problem. He did! It was fixed and now air comes into the kitchen. I could not be happier. He is the best (and now the dirtiest) technician ever. I would recommend Service Experts to everyone. Give them a call; even the people that answer the phones have been super nice and helpful. It has all around been a wonderful experience.

Had an HVAC tuneup. Reinier was prompt and professional. He went about his business explaining what he is doing and why. He even cleaned out my electrostatic filters. No one has ever done that! Overall, he is a pro with great people skills.

He Did a Marvelous Job
Javier did duct cleaning for our entire 2-story house with basement. He was very attentive to taping plastic around each of the ducts to prevent a mess from being made and then completely vacuuming the area to clean up any dust that he may have missed. He took before and after pictures of each of the ducts. I want to stress that he did a marvelous job and I appreciate his attention to detail. Thanks, Javier!!!!

Raymond listened to my concerns about inaccurate evaluation of one of my condensers by a previous technician. Also fixed loose wires on the capacitor. Checked out the unit for pricing to replace just the compressor instead of a whole new unit to save cost. Knows his business and checked out the other unit and air handler thoroughly. Highly recommend for his customer service!

We recently had a leaky shower head, which we tried to fix ourselves. Instead, we called in Service Experts. Hayden Mattix from their team came out with short notice and did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issue by replacing the cartridge/canister inside the shower handle. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
