My washing machine backed up and I knew who to call. Service Expert Clyde came to my rescue! I called at 10 and he was here at 12:30, fixed the problem and was on his way. I never worry about getting someone to come. They are always available. Thank you, Clyde, for being so prompt and fixing my problem.
Impeccable knowledge and professionalism
Andrew White definitely knew what he was doing while he was giving my (new) 2017 AC/Heat unit its first-time tune-up in 2 years. He was very professional and told me his findings in a way I could clearly understand. Andrew told me what was working, what was not installed properly in 2017, and what my unit needed to work efficiently. He worked closely with Steve Bryant. I was so pleased with the initial tune-up, I wanted Comfortech to start me on their maintenance plan.
Both Andrew White and Steve Bryant took their time to check my unit top to bottom and explain their findings and the cost to fix it. I have serious sinus issues. They will also install a Stratos Aire-Polarized Media Air Cleaner and UVC Germicidal Unit that will help my sinus issues.

Very kind employees
I called them on a Sunday at 5 p.m. because our air had been out all day. We attempted to install a C wire and smart thermostat by ourselves and couldn’t get the thermostat to turn back on. They called me back within 15 minutes and had a guy ready to come help within the hour. In the meantime, a family member of ours came over to try to help and was able to figure out where we went wrong. I called them back to cancel but told them if I needed them again or we couldn’t fully figure it out, I’d let them know. Three hours later, I got a message from the tech, Taron, checking on us, making sure we were okay. I was so thankful we had air again I forgot to let them know. I found it very kind that they still made sure we were okay even though we ended up solving our issue ourselves. Will 100% use them in the future if we have an issue again and likely will call them when I’m ready to install the upstairs smart thermostat instead of trying to handle it myself.

My drain was unstopped and a new toilet was installed. I purchased the toilet myself and paid $223.00. I paid $285.00 to unstop the line and paid $272.00 to have the new toilet installed. Very pleased with the work they did!
