Recently had my HVAC maintenance done by Christian with Service Experts. He was prompt, polite, and thorough, explaining exactly what he was getting ready to do and the next steps. He actually took the time to explain his findings and recommendations for my unit. Very pleased.

Service Experts had always done a good job
Service Experts had always done a good job. They determined we need a new water heater due to the old one (9 years old) leaking internally and not just from thermostat elements. So we got on the Advantage program for the water heater, which will be installed next week. We already have the Advantage program for our HVAC, which is well worth it.

Mr. Johnson Is an Outstanding Technician
We have been on the Comfortech membership plan for quite some time now. They have great, knowledgeable technicians that do a great job, but for our spring AC maintenance, we had Christian Johnson. Mr. Johnson was friendly, showed patience, and was professional. He made sure he completed what he came here to do.
Mr. Johnson drove here, which is almost an hour, and noticed that the unit filter needed replacing. He left, came back with the new filter with a smile on his face. He did all that driving and finished the job with a smile and also took time to explain everything he did, step by step, with pictures.
Mr. Johnson is an outstanding technician.

Could Not Be Happier
In the Advantage Plan, seasonal tune-ups are free as well as needed repairs to the HVAC unit. The technician, Christian Johnson, found things that needed replacing which saved us over $600. Christian was very thorough in explaining his work and shared photos and video to help me understand. Very polite, friendly, and super professional young man. Could not be happier!
