Brenden Was Outstanding
Brenden was outstanding. Our warranty company, HomeServe, scheduled the appointment with Service Experts and everything worked out well. The blower motor failed the next day after Brenden replaced it. Brenden personally came out the following day to troubleshoot. He worked tirelessly to find a new replacement motor locally and came back the next day after working with HomeServe and Carrier to replace it. I would definitely recommend Service Experts after the excellent service received from Brenden.

We had Kevin and Jake come to our house and do a full plumbing inspection on our new hot water heater and our HVAC unit. While they were here, we discussed a whole house water filtration system. We have been wanting to do this ever since we bought this house. They made it so easy, gave us the details, options, everything! They were great. Lamare Was Very Professional
Lamare was very professional by explaining what he was doing. He called before he came and was on time. He took his time and completed the job. He even washed my outside unit for me. No one has done that before.
Both performed exceptionally
I had two technicians at my house back to back, and both performed exceptionally. One performed preventive maintenance on my AC unit, and one flushed my water heater. I am always satisfied with the techs that service my equipment.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and very prompt! My 21-year-old AC died early on a Thursday morning, had a meeting with two technicians (Britain and Cole) in the afternoon, and had a new system fully installed by Friday (Damien and one other). I wasn’t able to be there when they were installing the new unit, but I felt comfortable leaving a key for the crew based on their professionalism and previous reviews!
