Very Efficient and Prompt Service
I had a new furnace installed by Service Experts nearly 5 years ago, and it has been a great unit which has helped bring down our electric and gas bill. Today, Joe Kelly came out to check what might have caused the thermostat to stop working. He was able to get the thermostat replaced under warranty.

Couldn’t Have Had a Better Experience
Started having an issue with our plumbing that we couldn’t fix ourselves, so we reached out. Lawrence was able to help us out even though it was late at night and insisted he would rather get the work done than let it sit and get worse. It took about an hour, and he was very thorough, trying to make sure everything worked well and everything was cleaned up after. Couldn’t have had a better experience, great to work with.
They Knew What They Were Doing
Our heater unit went out and air-conditioning stopped working. They came out and looked at things and definitely seemed to know what they were doing and talking about. They offer a top-of-the-line system by the American-made company Lennox. Chuck spent a lot of time at our home answering lots of questions and giving us a good amount of options. He’s still working with us. We definitely want them to help us with a new HVAC system.

Lawrence came out and looked at the check valve in my basement. He gave me options to solve my problem and made sure I was well informed. He was easy to talk to and had great rapport with me. I definitely want him coming back to do the work!

This was the 6-month scheduled maintenance on the 3 different HVAC systems in our house. The technician arrived within the scheduled window for service. All 3 systems were in working order. The technician spent the proper time checking each system and was very courteous. He even used a vacuum to clean up after coming out of the attic. Very pleased with the technician and service. No extra costs were incurred from this visit.
