Nilson visited our home to repair deficiencies resulting from county inspections following a new heating unit installation. These deficiencies resulted from changes to county code addressing water drainage. Nilson was professional in every sense of that term: polite, knowledgeable and extremely detailed in his work. Francisco Romero is an employee of CroppMetcalfe. Francisco recently came to my home to fix a leak (refrigerant) in my air conditioner. He arrived at my home around 3 p.m. and stayed until 7:45 p.m. in the evening. He found the leak and fixed it!!! He had a really long day as he had started work day at 7:30 a.m. After staying late at my home he shared with me that he would start the next day with another early morning customer appointment. He Did Not Charge Me for This Visit
Trent determined that the installer was wrong about my needing the special hoses that we ordered for my new washing machine and thus, he did not install them. I suspect most plumbers would have just installed the hoses and charged me for them. Instead, he made a minor adjustment that addressed the issue. He did not charge me for this follow-up visit. (He had previously replaced the water line valve prior to another company’s installation of the washing machine.)
