The HVAC+Plumbing Combo adds the same coverage for your home's plumbing, including an annual whole-home plumbing inspection and repair discounts on plumbing services, where available.
Is Maintenance+ available for rental properties?
Yes. Maintenance+ is available for rental properties as well as owner-occupied homes.
What's a Home Health Report Card, and why does it matter?
It's a personalized summary your technician provides after each visit, covering your system's overall condition, any safety observations, and recommendations for repairs or maintenance.
It gives you a clear picture of your system's health without needing to interpret technical terms yourself.
What does the Equipment and Safety Inspection cover during a maintenance visit?
Your technician checks your equipment's overall condition, tests key safety components, and looks for signs of wear or developing issues, so small problems get caught before they turn into bigger repairs.
Will I still pay extra for future after-hours or emergency service as a member?
No. Maintenance+ members do not pay additional after-hours service fees.
How does Maintenance+ differ from the Advantage Program?
Maintenance+ is a maintenance and discount membership for systems.
The Advantage Program lets you lease new HVAC, indoor air quality, water heater, water treatment, or generator from Service Experts. Installation, maintenance, repairs, and consumables are included in monthly payments, instead of paying up-front.
