Absolutely unequivocally outstanding service from this company! I called them because my hot water line disconnected and I didn't have the means to reattach it. They heard my baby in the background and just couldn't bring themselves to say no. Didn't even qualify for emergency services because I'm not a member yet, and they were still amazing enough people to have someone come by within the HOUR and completely fix my hot water line. Worth every god damn penny! I will only be calling them in the future!

I had a leak in my kitchen ceiling coming from my upstairs bathroom—almost impossible to detect exactly where it was coming from, but he found it and fixed it—great job!

Another year, and another chart-topping service call from the pros at Pine State Services. Ghodi and John were polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional! They took the time to explain every step in their process and even rewired our furnace so that thermostats throughout the house would not trip off when the furnace reached temperature. Pine State is the BEST!
Excellent communication and professional workers
Today was probably the 4th time I've used Pine State Services and they have yet to give me a reason to not use them. Excellent communication, quick booking, and professional workers. I shall continue to use them for all plumbing and electrical needs. The plumber who came to my house wore shoe covers, which may not sound like much, but it was a small detail that actually meant a lot as I don't wear shoes in my home and didn't want to have to mop up after someone who did.

Dustin, our electrician from Pine State, performed his task of electrically disconnecting our old dishwasher with precision and efficiency. He dealt well with our questions concerning electrical safety and quickly defined our wire and breaker situation with respect to the dishwasher and the nearby sink garbage disposal system, which were linked. Dustin left the work areas in good, clean shape, with which we were very satisfied. We highly recommend Dustin and his services.

I rarely ever post a public review; I'm a private person. We had a quick job running some piping performed just this morning at our house, and as usual, the service and quality was excellent.

Jason replaced our old, mineral-encrusted kitchen faucet and disconnected our ancient dishwasher. He was efficient, courteous, well-spoken, informative, and clean.
