Spencer came out to swap out our water heater, update some piping, and fix a valve. He was very professional and transparent with what he was doing. I would definitely recommend going with him for the repair!
Polite and Professional Service
Miguel came by today to perform A/C maintenance. He was respectful of our home, polite, and professional. The checkup performed was completed within an hour, and Miguel answered all of our questions and provided some important precautions for summer cooling. We were pleased with our service today.

Daniel Lukas came out and installed a 50 gallon Bradford White water heater for us. He came out around 8:30 a.m. and finished around 12 p.m. I had a couple requests about moving the new water heater closer to the wall, and he did a great job of giving us more room in the area. He answered our questions about how to get the most life out of the water heater and walked us through lighting the pilot and shutting off the water to the tank and humidifier. The area was left neat. He also covered, with drop cloths, the entire path needed to get the old water heater out so our carpeting would not get ruined with rusty water stains. Great job!

Even more important, he was honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable in his line of work. If everyone that works here is like Spencer, you will not go wrong with whatever you called them for. They Did a Great Job Installing My New Furnace
I just had my new furnace put in by Javier and David! They did a great job installing my new furnace. They were here on time, protected my floors, and let me know what was occurring as they were installing the new furnace. They gave me an orientation to my furnace and let me know the numbers I need to call if I had any problems! My house is nice and warm now, and I am very grateful to Javier and David. Great job today, guys.

I’ve been using CMSE for my HVAC needs for about 30 years, but this time I needed a plumbing maintenance check, and Spencer Kucia went above and beyond and the cost was reasonable.
Very thorough annual furnace inspection
Haris came out to do our annual furnace inspection. He was very thorough and pointed out what parts we want to have replaced next year. He also gave many tips on things I can do to keep our furnace, humidifier, and water heater running for many years to come.

Our service rep Wes was outstanding
We had HVAC maintenance this morning, and our service rep Wes was outstanding. He gave an honest appraisal of our 13-year-old system, telling what was good and what is needed to maintain the system. I then spoke with Andrew, the Sales Consultant. They both gave a no hard sell list of options including repairing, replacement, or leasing a new system. I haven't made a decision yet, but it was a pleasure dealing with such an outstanding company.
