Woke up to hot air blowing. Called Service Experts and scheduled an appointment between 4-8. Received a call they could be here at 3. The service tech was excellent, nice, and gave great detail of the issue. Price was where I thought it would be. Definitely using them next time.

Comfort Masters did a stellar job installing our HVAC system two years ago. The installation and each maintenance visit has been top-notch and professional. They also spot other issues but not necessary to add services to my bill. Some of them I can take care of myself, they just made me aware.

We Are Very Satisfied
We discovered our water heater was leaking, so we called our HVAC contractor, Service Experts, on a Sunday evening to see if they serviced water heaters, which they did. Monday morning I received a call from Ron Bebee, their certified plumbing professional, who said he was on his way to check out our water heater, which was 11 years old. We were advised a new water heater would be needed. Ron explained everything about replacing our water heater and answered all of my questions and shared his knowledge and experience.
Ron and his co-worker were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous during the entire process. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Service Experts.

Ben Ladd was the service technician, and he did a great job. New review in 2026 - Wes Parrish from Comfort Masters Service Experts came for a regular maintenance check of our furnace and air conditioning systems. He was very professional and took care of everything. I also appreciated that he came right on time. The costs for the regular maintenance is covered by the maintenance agreement, for which we make a monthly payment.
He Went Above and Beyond
Ronald Bebee was my technician again and did a great job in my 2nd bathroom. He not only fixed the issue we were having with the toilet, but he swapped out the toilet seat and tightened the bolts in the floor. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
