Only Company to Get Back to Me Same Day
I contacted 4 different plumbing companies by Google text, and this one was the only one to get right back to me the same day. They were able to get someone out to me the next day. Unfortunately, our leak stopped by the time they got here, and we couldn't figure out where it came from, but they did their due diligence and checked all faucets, all toilets, all showers, the fridge water line, everything to try and replicate it. Next time, I hope the leak comes back so we have something for them to do.
Very satisfied with this service
Had an old valve leaking in our basement above the drop-down ceiling. Falso sent out a tech to evaluate it. The tech, Jaime Menjivar, was fantastic. He answered any questions I had and was a genuinely nice person to talk to. He came back the next day to do the repair. He explained how he was going to do the repair and why he was doing it that way. Was it expensive? ...Yes! But what isn't nowadays? You can't put a price on peace of mind. Very satisfied with this service.

We were in need of a new water heater after having outlived our current water heater of 20 years. The pilot light would not maintain itself any longer, and we needed hot water after going without for a few weeks already.
We had called several plumbers and received a few estimates by the time that Brian presented us with the options afforded to us by Falso. After deciding on the service plan that best fit our needs, he called Seth to schedule the installation of our new water heater system. Seth arrived quickly and informed us of the plan to install and integrate the new water heater in our home. After a quick hour, Seth had our new system installed and ready to go. He also identified a leak in our upstairs bathroom toilet and scheduled another technician to come over as soon as possible to fix the leak.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the technicians who fixed HVAC problem and will use them again. Highly recommend!

Our hot water tank stopped working in the late afternoon on a Saturday. We called Falso, and they sent a technician out within a couple of hours. The technician (Lenny) arrived timely; he was very polite and professional. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly inspecting our hot water tank to properly diagnose the issue. He told us exactly what was wrong and the part we needed. My husband went out and got the part the following morning and was able to install it himself. Everything is working perfectly now.
