President & CEO
As President and CEO, Rob is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction and operational integrity for the entire Service Experts organization. Prior to joining Service Experts in 2021, Rob held numerous executive leadership roles with other organizations including SVP at Direct Energy, CEO of Sperian Energy, COO at Madison Square Garden and was a founding partner at the consulting firm Riptide Partners
Chief Financial Officer
As the CFO, Michael is responsible for the overall financial management of Service Experts, external and internal financial reporting, budgeting and strategy. Michael has more than 15 years of financial experience with a focus on value creation. Prior to joining Service Experts, Michael spent more than 10 years in capital markets across investment banking, equity research and sales and trading.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ellen is responsible for all aspects of the Service Experts human resource strategy, leading all HR functions in the U.S. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Ellen has previously held senior HR leadership roles in various companies including Excela Technologies, Meso Scale Diagnostics and InComm Payments.
Chief Legal Officer
Bill is responsible for all Service Experts legal matters including corporate, litigation, contract development, real estate, regulatory and compliance. Prior to joining Service Experts, Bill was the Chief Legal Officer with a retail energy provider based in Texas.
Chief Information Officer
Mike is responsible for all aspects of the Service Experts information technology including business applications, national service desk, IT provisioning, infrastructure and networking. Mike has more than 20 years of IT experience at Glazer’s Distributors and was also a partner at Fortium Partners, the largest CIO advisory firm.
Senior Vice President Strategy & Growth
Dawn oversees all of Service Experts’ various growth channels including Advantage Alliance, third-party strategic partnerships with home warranty companies and utilities, web-based sales. Dawn has more than 30 years of sales and strategic alliance partnership experience with roles at companies including Sprint, AT&T and Asurion.
SVP & General Manager
Cary oversees all areas of Service Experts’ core business strategy and execution in the U.S. Cary joined Service Experts in 2012 and has served in a number of roles including VP of Sales, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Regional Director. Prior to joining Service Experts, Cary held numerous sales leadership roles at various companies including 1 EDI Source, Alamo Rent-a-Car and was also the owner of TEAM Consulting.
Vice President, Marketing & Customer Engagement
Dave leads Service Experts’ marketing and customer engagement efforts with a continuous desire to better understand consumer markets and strategies. After a stint with the Seabees, the U.S. Navy’s elite construction team, Dave began his HVAC career with Lennox in 1987 where he held a variety of sales, product development and brand management roles.
Division Vice President West
Mike is responsible for all business operations for Service Experts’ West division. Mike has more than 40 years of HVAC experience and holds HVAC, plumbing and electrical licenses in Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. Mike’s previous experience includes leadership roles with York, Bryant and Lennox.
Division Vice President East
Greg leads the East division for Service experts, overseeing all aspects of business operations. Greg has been with Service Experts since 2000 holding various positions including Service Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager and Regional Director. Prior to joining Service Experts, Greg was the District Operations Manager for the state of Georgia.
