A blessing to have as my service technician
Darell Edwards came to my home this morning and was a blessing to have as my service technician. I have a new home to me, but it’s 52 years old and my HVAC unit is 20 years old. We chatted prior to the service because I wanted him to explain to me what I am dealing with and what to anticipate once he’s completed the inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. I felt he cared about me and doing an excellent job. I had a surge protector added as I did not have one and it does rain and experience lightning in Prescott. Great recommendation! I will ask for him in the spring when it’s time to have my spring service done.
